A waiting list for golf membership ranges from 18 to 24 months; however, if you purchase a new construction home, London Bay Homes will include a golf membership with your home, and membership will begin immediately upon closing. Additionally, some resale homes cover the price of the golf membership in the house sale, and those memberships also start on closing.
Should you decide a new construction home is not for you, there is the opportunity to join as a Limited Golf Member; this membership allows you to play afternoon golf every day.
